STROKE IMPROVEMENT

Level - 4

All registrations MUST be made at the Pool Desk located in the entrance hall to the swimming pool.  At this time we are not able to accept fax or online registrations.  SPY Aquatics accepts cash, checks and most credit cards for payment.

STROKE IMPROVEMENT continues to strengthen freestyle, backstroke, diving, and rhythmic breathing techniques.  Alternate breathing and breaststroke are introduced.
