YMCA Long Course Nationals has very difficult qualifying times. You will know if you have qualified because it is a really big deal. You must be 12&over and have achieved at least 1 individual cut time to attend this meet.

Lodging Information for Nationals
Lodging will be in the Maulding Apartments on the Georgia Tech Campus. We have five-8 bed apartments...four (2) bedroom rooms, each with its own bath, and a shared living and kitchen area. Each bed has linen service. Approximate cost will be $205-$295, depending on the total number of swimmers. Actual cost will be determined as we get closer and will be due by 6/20/2011

The on-campus housing offers several advantages for the team...
1) Better supervision (one coach and one chaperone per apartment).
2) Easier transportation (the apartments are a 5 minute walk to the pool facility and eliminate the hassle/time/cost of public transportation every day).
3) Access to campus dining hall, which offers all-you-can-eat breakfast for $7.40 per day.
4) Reduced lodging cost (Approx $205-295, depending on the number of swimmers, vs approx $480 for the week at the Marriott).

Signup and payment deadline for airline tickets is May 19, 2011. Payment of lodging ($200) and airline ($253.40/person) should be sent to SPY (made out to SPSA) with ATTN: Carole Parker or mailed to Carole Parker, 315 Songwood Ct, Millersville, MD 21108. Carole needs to know the full legal name and date of birth of each person being ticketed (name must match name on ID). She will send email confirmation upon receipt of funds. If by June 19th you decide not to attend, your payment would be refunded.
