*-A reminder that the following events will have positive check-in deadlines for swimmers, in order to allow for combining and reseeding of heats in the event of swimmers choosing not to swim the events:*

* Procedures for the check-ins are as follows:*
  1. *Determine the availability of your swimmers and CHECK THEM IN! *
  2. *The check-in (Psyche) sheets will be posted on the pool side windows of the hospitality room near the warm-up/warm-down pool. Please put your initials next to your swimmers name on the sheet at the positive check in table. Those swimmers who are not checked in will be scratched from the event and the event will be re-seeded after the appropriate deadline. *
  3. *Re-seeded heat sheets will be posted on the hospitality room window and will be available for all coaches (in the hospitality room) within 45 minutes of the check-in deadline. *

12/22/09 Attached (above) is the meet notice for Winterfest 2010. There was a slight error on the entry sheet. Entries due WEDNESDAY, December 23 and postmarked THURSDAY, December 24th.

The due dates are still the same.

T-Shirts:
There will be NO pre-orders of T-shirts. There will be limited quantities of T-shirts available for purchase at the meet.

Emily Schindler Scholarship Award: Please remind your Senior swimmers. Applications are due December 12, 2009. (application is above)

USA-ID Numbers:
Swimmers who have been registered with USA Swimming in 2009 need to be registered for 2010 BEFORE the meet so we can clear their times on USA Swimming quickly. This would probably include making sure all swimmers names are spelled the same way as they are (were) registered with USA Swimming and showing their correct USA-S ID number. PVS will NOT attempt to clear times for swimmers with no ID number in the MM file.
