of Mountain Yoga Studio is now offering Aqua Yoga.
Yoga is an ancient system of health and
well being. It is a way to bring physical, emotional, mental and
spiritual balance to our lives. Yoga offers a gentle,
non-competitive form of exercise that is suitable for all fitness
levels.
Practing Yoga in water allows for greater
balance and flexibility, letting the water support the body.
Relax, relieve and renew with Aqua Yoga.

the Therapy Pool.
Multiple Sclerosis Aquatic Exercise Class -
The natural properties of water, including buoyancy or weightlessness combined with the 3-dimensional
resistance of the water environment, can let people with MS move in ways that their disability
might not otherwise allow. Participants learn to "work the water" to best meet their intensity
and fitness needs. This can better prepare the body for demands required for daily living activities. Cost is $10 per visit. This may
be reimbursed through the MS Society.
Saturdays, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. in
the Main Pool.
